I figured well I'm already here and I was never told nor did it say an ything on their website about it. I get there, and there are signs posted all over the door saying to make an appointment. However today was a different experience, because I fasted until 7pm last night, went to work 15 minutes early, to leave 15 minutes from work early to make it to the clinic before it closed at 4pm. Walked right in, filled out the pin pad, and they took me no issues. I have been here twice before to do blood work for my cholesterol levels. Clearly, Quest does not care about the safety and wellbeing of customers, nor the minimum level of satisfaction they should enjoy. Moreover, the single kiosk available for customers to sign in was never once wiped between customers, nor were the chairs ever cleaned. When a customer moved away from the individual not wearing a mask, instead of asking the man not wearing the mask to wear one, she accused the individual who distanced herself from the offending party of being “rude” and continued to verbally mistreat her, even though said front desk quest person has been talk ing to the man and never asked him to wear a mask! This is outrageous and puts everyone using Quest at unnecessary risk, not to mention how nasty she was and how she made sure her name tag was not facing out so those of us who witnessed such disgraceful behavior could not place a complaint against her by name. In addition, she did not enforce mask wearing or physical distancing policies, making it very unsafe for everyone. The front desk person was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. ![]()
